  Tried a few of Barry's HIIT classes and loved them!! Decided to pluck up the courage and do the months trial that he had on offer, I had lost a lot of self confidence and was so apprehensive of going to a new gym! However I should never have worried! It's the best gym I have ever been too! Barry makes you feel so at ease and is constantly motivating and encouraging you! The community that Barry has created is brilliant and everyone is so friendly and so helpful! In my first month I lost 8lbs and 11"!! But not only that I'm feeling more confident within myself, moving better, eating cleaner and lifting weights that I never thought I would be able to do! I highly recommend this gym to anybody as you will not regret it! My only regret is not signing up sooner!! I am so grateful to Barry for bringing back my confidence and bringing back the old me!! Barry is one of the best in the business, and I am very grateful for what he and the his gym have done for me!
