  Got my dog back from his hair cut with bald patches all over his belly and big fluffy ears and barely any hair on his head!!! Not once was I asked how my dogs hair cut was! He was also locked In a cage when I dropped him off where he was trying to escape this cage and howling and crying also was told to go pick him up for 2 and when i got there to get him he was in a cage and he was howling and crying and was flinging his self off the cage, And the groomer was no where to be seen as she had left the building for her lunch and left a pets at home member of staff in charge! My dog has never been in a cage as I don't condone this! I would not recommend taking your dog here! Also the store manager likes to belittle you and tell you he doesn't care when you enquire about anything! The day before when I went in to book the appointment he drew his eyes off me and barged by me and today he spoke down on me!!
